Christmas Program

This year the Christmas Program returned to the Church. The Eucharist was removed prior to the show. How did the program sound? Was the Church a more accomodating environment? Should the Christmas program stay in the Church? Should the Christmas program be longer? Should the Christmas program be shorter? Comments please!

The music certainly sounded better in the Church. It was rather difficult to see the students from the back. Not a problem that risers couldn't solve. Nice to be ablt to sit down.

I thought it was an excellent show. The sound is so much better in the church, and there are certainly more seats for those who need to sit. It was not too long, and I thought Kevin's song selection was excellent. A little more excitement from the 8th graders would have been nice, but they are a bit too cool to sing with the little kids. Next year put them with the kindergartners.

I thought the location and program were fine. I like Carl's suggestion of putting the 8th graders with the kindergarteners next year!

The program was great! The church provided more seating. The sound was much better in the church. The length of the program was fine, no change needed. I would like to see the Christmas program stay in the church. Mr. O’Connor and Mrs. Fuller did an excellent job!

The show was great. I agree with 2 comments already posted. You couldn't see the kids very well and the 8th grade kids should sing with the Kindergarteners. It was great to be in the church. The seating situation was much better.

I've toyed with the idea of having next year's eighth graders play the bells instead of singing. It would be a unique ending to the program.

Wonderful show. Congrats to Mr. O'Conner and Mrs. Fuller. I like the idea of risers. I also like the idea of having the 8th grade do something other than singing themselves.

The Christmas program was okay, but would have significantly better if traditional religious songs and classic Christmas music would have been incorporated together. The length was appropriate , but I couldn't hear very well sitting in the back with toddlers. Maybe more microphones would help that. MollyB.
